Job Responsibilities –
| Po – Purchase Order Generation | Vendor Management | New Product Listing |
Appoint Distributor As per market Potential, Guiding team to achieve Target on monthly basis, Visit Key counter personally, Generating Purchase Order – Po Generation Vendor Management, maintaining healthy relation with the vendors to tap market competition
Managing Distributors/Dealer Return on Investment (ROI) by rationalizing Investments and driving his secondary sales
Deliver Volume, Value Business & Profitability against ABP (Annual Business Plan) for the Chain
Review of business with Chains store team and Category Manager on driving the category with their support every Month
Driving the TOT parameters with Chains to drive effective and sustainable growth (Effective use of Data Sharing, Driving multiple visibility space, Achieving the monthly Target, and timely payments)
Creative Merchandising for our brand in the category and multiple space in the stores with strong relation of the team with Chain team ( Promo awareness and Freshness are the key)
Drive Market share at each of the stores in the state (Need deep dive intervention)
Ensure Process orientation initiatives to increase market share with developing the team to deliver the set objectives and monitor effectiveness of the same on regular basis. – Pre & post sales tracking & analysis of promotions effectiveness.
Training and develop sales team , Merchandiser and Promoters , mentoring the potential team members to the next level, Conduct quarterly review with team on the progress and way forward.

Desired Skills & Experience – Education & Experience:

Graduate Must
Knowledge of working in Key Account Management
Strong experience (2-4 years) preferably in Modern Trade
