Position – Sales Officer-
Trade – General Trade
Package Offered Current Ctc B/w 6-8 LPA, Hike on current Ctc
Locations Mumbai
Job Responsibilities –
Primary and secondary target achievement of the area
Monthly Sales planning and Distributor Handling
Team Handling – Off roll / Third party Sales Team
Roi (return On Investment) – Management
Cost Management
Allocate manpower in different areas depending upon the individual capabilities, Mentor, motivate and guide team members ensuring sales – business generation and achieving budgeted figures, and activity ratio on monthly basis
Training subordinates to develop requisite skills; conducting training on products, selling skills, lead prospecting and closing skills
Desired Skills & Experience – Education & Experience:
Any graduate with Experience in Sales/Marketing preferred
Should Be working in FMCG
Strong experience (4-6 years) within a large Indian or multinational organization preferably within the FMCG industry
Well Versed with Excel – Pivot Table
Possess Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities
Possess exceptional relationship management skills & interpersonal skills
